Purpose: To keep the memory of Bettie & Vinny Shea alive by following their lead in support and care of foster children through mentoring.
Mission: To Bring "To The Fore" the mentoring of foster children to afford them every opportunity to succeed in life.
Vision: To create resources of mentors, and experts in their fields, who can enhance the opportunities to insure the future of foster children.
